Beta participation is voluntary and may be discontinued at any time upon request.

All data, content, workflows, and business information provided by participants remain their sole and exclusive property.

Access to non-public information is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need and is subject to confidentiality obligations.

We disclose information only:

  • With explicit participant consent
  • To vetted service providers operating under confidentiality and data protection
    obligations
  • When required by applicable law or legal process

6. AI / AR Systems and Model Behavior

Our platform may include artificial intelligence, spatial computing, and augmented reality components.

  • Participant data is not used to train shared or generalized AI models
  • Any system optimization or learning is limited to participant-specific or isolated
    environments, unless explicitly agreed otherwise
  • Participant data is never exposed to other customers or tenants
  • Outputs generated by the system remain under the participant’s control

7. Security Controls

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Our security practices are aligned with commonly accepted industry standards and controls typically associated with frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001, without implying current certification.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

Participants may request deletion of their information at any time, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
